When Brisa sponsors an event, the focus has always been on making it a huge success. And when the event is connected to IIMB, it is done with sentimental pride and honour. Brisa Technologies Pvt. Ltd was a proud sponsor of the recently concluded event, Leadership Inside Out: EV - Leading the Growth.

The event, organised by the IIM Bangalore Alumni Association (Bangalore Chapter) on 24th July 2022 in the IIMB Auditorium was a huge success, where Brisa’s contribution was noteworthy.

Brisa’s connection with IIMB goes back a long way. Mr. Subodh Patil, Founder & CEO, Brisa Technologies , is an alumnus of IIMB and also, a Deputy Director of IIMBAA (Bangalore Chapter). He has been an active member of the association, instrumental in forming and supporting a network of former graduates and connecting like-minded professionals.

Leadership Inside Out: EV - Leading the Growthwas a well-attended event with eminent speakers were from various leading Automotive / EV companies like Hella, Bosch, Visteon, Mahindra n Mahindra, Embitel, and ABB to name a few. The event started off at 9.30 am with Mr. Subodh Patil, Chief Patron of the event, inaugurated it along with IIMB Faculty Members and prominent industry leaders. Saurav Mukherji, Professor of OB & HRM, Dean, Alumni Relations & Development, IIMB, followed it with a welcome note.

Mr Ramashankar Pandey, MD – Hella India Lighting Ltd. gave an insightful keynote on the changing landscape of automotive, which includes EV and others.

There were interesting panel discussions on the hot topic of technology trends in EV. Some very senior and experienced experts from the industry spoke on topics like -EV crossing the chasm and the challenges and opportunities ahead; technology trends in EV and alternatives; EV ecosystem – policies and manufacturing.

There were other exciting sessions on the race between Startup ventures and established OEMs which threw light on the role of technology in the faster adoption of Electric Vehicles.

The entire event was beautifully moderated by Mr. Santosh Godbole, CTO of Brisa Technologies , making sure every topic was covered in the various sessions, discussing with the panelists, about technology trends in EV and alternatives.

Anil Radhakrishnan, Convenor, Head – Products, Tata Elxsi, ended the event with a vote of thanks as Brisa added yet another event, in its list as a sponsor.

However, as always, success is always teamwork and Brisa extended its thanks to IIMB, IIMBAA, all the Speakers, the Organising Team, and the Delegates who contributed to the success of the event.
