A note from the CEO

Like someone said, the days were long but the years were short. We completed 13 years of Brisa and it feels like we started just yesterday. A dream to fill in a gap in the IT services and solutions industry which lacked agility, drive and quality in the services being offered. We set out to get into the customer’s context and strive to deliver value by showing agility, bringing in innovation and out of the box thinking. It has not been easy and there were long days of work and rework trying to create solutions that would be different. But we were always confident of delivering as expected and more, and on time. This has helped define who we are. A company who is benchmarked by excellence.

We started out from Bangalore but over the years expanded beyond, setting up offices in 3 countries and several cities. Brisa has grown with the trust and the support of its clients. I am proud to say we have remained true to our belief of putting the customer first.

We are guided by our core values which define our character and help in our day-to-day decision making process. Our aim is to provide the maximum value to clients by providing timely and outstanding services and solutions. Our vision is to bring the best of human assets by providing an environment for grooming, nurturing, and growing talent, and servicing IT companies globally.

We have always focussed on three primary factors.

  • Technology - Technology is the mainstay of our business as we strive to innovate and deliver extraordinary solutions. We constantly seek to use emerging and new age technologies that matter most to businesses today, to bring in transformation.
  • Continuous Learning - At Brisa, learning is consistent and continuous. Our R&D helps to keep us on the cutting edge of technology. We focus on talent development and have Learning and Development programmes for employees to learn new skills and upgrade existing ones. We invest deeply in employee growth, and give team members the opportunity and support they need.
  • Customer Satisfaction - We have worked with customer satisfaction as a goal. We have consistently worked for the client, tending to their needs, before our need. Focussing on the customer’s success has added to our success.

I have also been very fortunate to be supported by a dedicated team who puts commitment before anything else. Team Brisa has shown passion, grit and determination over the years and has always loved the thrill of a new challenge. This has set the pace for us as we explore new ways of innovating and delivering projects and solutions that leave our clients satisfied and in turn make them confident of new goals and successes.

In our 13 year journey till now, the last year has been unprecedented. We faced a life changing pandemic, the repercussions of which have affected the world in every way. The world shut down for a while and businesses tried to find new ways to operate. Even though technology was a great facilitator in modern day living and working, it was the pandemic that accelerated the use of technology in every industry to help tide through.

Today, our role as a provider of innovative Embedded and IT services and solutions has become more crucial as we strive to cater to the new demands of a changing world. Our reputation of timely delivery has helped, of course.

We will have to delve deeper and harness the power of new age technologies and provide solutions that help the IT industry to transform the world. We look ahead to the challenges. For in every challenge lies the prospect of fulfilment, for a job well delivered, for having been able to contribute towards making a difference.
